Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Prepared by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Reconstitute in sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O.
Recognizes mouse IgG2b, g2b chain. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-rabbit serum and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
