Suitable for Western or Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
~1mg/ml (UV280)(after reconstitution)
Mouse IgG3 heavy chain.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Reconizes Mouse IgG3. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
