Description:
Applications: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:2000-1:4000 Use pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (MW 140kD)
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |

Mouse IgG3 heavy chain
Purity:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorptions to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in TBS, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Labeled with alkaline phosphotase (AP).
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-rabbit serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
