Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per goat IgG molecule.
Specificity:
Recognizes mouse IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. No reactivity was observed against other mouse heavy or light chain proteins.
