Human Integrin alpha1 I
Purified by Protein A Sepharose chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.6, 0.09% sodium azide.
Recognizes the I domain (Val151Ala364) of human a1 integrin (CD49a). Precipitates proteins of Mr 180kD, pI 5.9-6.0 (alpha chain) and Mr 115kD, pI 4.5-5.0 (beta chain) from human lymphocyte lysates. Does not recognize rat recombinant I domain of integrin a1.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
