Description:
Type I interferons (IFN-a, IFN-b, IFN-o) bind to the type I IFN receptor, also known as the IFN-a/b receptor. This receptor is composed of 2 chains, IFN- a/b R1 and R2.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Emission: 660-670nm

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. APC is light sensitive.
