Bovine Interferon gamma (IFN gamma) is produced by T lymphocytes and NK cells. IFN gamma has numerous immunological regulatory functions, including macrophage activation, upregulation of MHC class I and II molecules on various cells, and induction of cytotoxicity. Endotoxin Level: 0.01EU/ug Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, store undiluted at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: 16.9kD |
