|
Description: Mature IFN-g is a homodimeric cytokine produced primarily by T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells. IFN-g has many immunoregulatory and proinflammatory activities. It binds to IFN-g receptors present on virtually all cell types. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:10 100 Tests in 50ul staining volume 20 Tests in 250ul staining volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, E. coli-derived, recombinant human interferon gamma. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. DyLight conjugates are sensitive to light. |
