IFNG (Interferon gamma, IFN-gamma, Immune Interferon) (APC)
Description:
Mature IFN-g is a homodimeric cytokine produced primarily by T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. IFN-g has many immunoregulatory and pro-inflammatory activities. It binds to IFN-g receptors present on virtually all cell types.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice.

Absorption: 620-650nm

Emission: 660-670nm

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. APC is light sensitive.
