Human Interferon-inducible T cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC), an 8.3kD protein containing 73 amino acid residues, is a novel non-ELR CXC chemokine. Source: E.coli Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder with no additives. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 3 months at -20°C when stored with a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Purity: 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis. Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug) Reconstitution: Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1–1.0mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored frozen for future use. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract IL-2 activated T-cells using a concentration range of 0.1–10.0ng/ml. Country of Origin: USA Molecular Weight: 8.3kD |
