AIM2, CT (Interferon-inducible Protein AIM2, Absent in Melanoma 2)
Description:
AIM2 is a member of the IFI20X /IFI16 family. It plays a putative role in tumorigenic reversion and may control cell proliferation. Interferon gamma induces expression of AIM2.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:8000
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
