Molecular Biology Storage: -20°CShipping: Blue Ice
IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor. IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2- Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukaemia’s and lymphomas.

Recombinant corresponding to aa22-213 from mature human IL2- Ra, fused to 6x His-tag expressed in E. coli.

Suitable for use in Western Blot as a control. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
