Interleukin 10 (IL-10, Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor, CSIF)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Neutralization and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:100,000
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000. Natural cell products or human body fluids, multiple bands of IL-10 will appear due to the variable amount of glycosylation on the molecule.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:15000
Neutralization: 1:400. Incubation Time: >4 hours.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
