Source: Recombinant corresponding to human IP-10, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~8kD Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug Biological Activity: Determined by the measuring dose dependent chemotaxis of human T-lymphocytes. Significant chemotaxis is observed with 5-20ng/ml. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~8.5kD |
Source: Recombinant human produced in E. coli Purity: ~95% (SDS-PAGE) Concentration: Not determined Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. No preservative added. BSA free. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to 0.1-0.5mg/ml. Further dilutions can be made in buffered solutions containing carrier protein, such as PBS with 1% BSA.
