IP-10 is a CXC chemokine that signals through the CXCR3 receptor. Selectively chemoattracts Th1 lymphocytes and monocytes and inhibits cytokine stimulated hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. IP-10 is an 8.5kD protein containing 77aa residues, including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines.

Endotoxin:
0.1ng/ug

Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract IL-2 activated T cells using a concentration range of 0.1–10.0ng/ml

Reconstitution:
Soluble in dH2O and most aqueous buffers. The lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in dH2O to 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffered solutions or stored at -20°C for future use.
