Source: Recombinant corresponding to mouse IP-10 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~8.7kD Activity: ED50 range = 25.0-100ng/ml, determined by the dose dependent chemotaxis of human lymphocytes cultured in the presence of IL-2. The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application by a dose response assay. Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~8.7kD |
Source: E. coli Purity: ~95% (SDS-PAGE) Concentration: Not determined Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. BSA free. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to 0.1-1mg/ml. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
