Recombinant mouse IP-10 is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 77aa and having a molecular weight of 8.7kD. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Ile-Pro-Leu-Ala-Arg.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O, 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
