Cell-permeable. Maintains the undifferentiated state of embryonic stem cells. By targeting the PR72/130 subunit of the Ser/Thr phosphatase PP2A, it prevents -catenin from switching coactivator usage from CBP to p300. The increase in -cateinin/CBP mediated transcription at the expense of - cateinin/p300-mediated transcription helps to maintain the murine stem cell pluripotency. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Stable for 12 months at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile DMSO. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
