Prostate Speci c Antigen (PSA, Kallikrein-3, Kallikrein III, Seminin, Semenogelase, -Seminoprotein, P-30 antigen, KLK3)
Description:
Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases and are implicated in carcinogenesis. KLK 3 (also known as prostate specific antigen) is a marker for prostatic cancer and is involved in the pathogenesis and/or progression of prostate, breast, and possibly other malignancies.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
