KLK1 (Kallikrein-1, Kidney/Pancreas/Salivary Gland Kallikrein, Tissue Kallikrein)
Description:
Glandular kallikreins cleave Met-Lys and Arg-Ser bonds in kininogen to release Lys-bradykinin.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:2000
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in human kidney, pancreas and skin lysates on ~55kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
