Applications:
Suitable for use in Western blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under reducing and non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Produced in goats immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Kallikrein 13 (rhKLK13; aa 19-262).

Storage and Stability:

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
