Description:
Useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single light chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant. Immunoglobulin bearing Kappa light chains are present on about 60% of normal B lymphocytes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Direct Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 100ul peripheral blood cells or 20ul/10e6 cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
