Description:
Kappa light chain antibody can be used for the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas and certain non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Kappa light chain contains one immunoglobulin-like domain. The EU sequence has the INV allotypic marker, Ala-45 and Val-83. The ROY sequence has the INV allotypic marker, Ala-45 and Leu-83.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunoprecipitation: 1:50
Western Blot: 1:1000
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:200
ELISA: 1:2000
Flow Cytometry: 5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
