Description:
May regulate the activity of kinases such as PKC and SRC via binding to integrin beta-1 (ITB1) and the receptor of activated protein kinase C (RACK1/GNB2L1).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen
ELISA: 1:10,000

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
