KRT19 (Keratin, Type I Cytoskeletal 19, Cytokeratin-19, CK-19, Keratin-19, K19)
Description:
Keratin 19 is the smallest human Keratin and is found in many simple and variably in some non-keratinizing stratified squamous epithelia. Keratin 19 positivity in breast cancer distinguishes malignant from benign tumor.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
