Kinase Suppressor of Ras (KSR, KSR1, BKSR1, dKsr, EK31, hb, Positive Ras Signaling Mediator Family Member, RSU2, Suppressor of Activated let 60 Ras SUR3, Suppressor of Ras1 31, SR31)
KSR was initially considered to be a protein kinase acting in the Ras pathway, but has more recently been demonstrated to act as a scaffold protein, facilitating complex formation between RAF and MEK and ERK.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry
Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): Methacarn fixation recommended for paraffin embedded tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
