Lambda Light Chain
Description:
According to literature reports, immunoglobulin bearing Lambda light chains are present on about 40% of normal B lymphocytes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in indirect immunofluorescence staining of human cells for flow cytometric analysis. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 0.5ug/10e6 cells or 100ul peripheral blood.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
