Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:200 Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin): 1:500 (DAB) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Rat and mouse heart tissues AA Sequence: Asn-Pro-Met-Tyr-Asn-Ala-Val-Ser-Asn-Ala-Asp-Leu-Met-Asp-Phe-Lys-Asn-Leu-Leu-Asp-His-Leu-Glu-Glu-Lys-Met-Pro-Leu-Glu-Asp Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
