Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine, Recombinant, Mouse (LIX)
20ug
Molecular Biology Storage: -20CShipping: Blue Ice
Source:
Recombinant corresponding to 93aa from mouse Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine expressed in E. coli.

Molecular Weight:
~9.9kD

Activity:
The biological activity of LIX was determined by measuring its ability to chemoattract human neutrophils. A concentration range of 0.1-1.0ng/ml is found to produce significant chemotaxis. LIX is a member of the a chemokine (C-X-C) family. LIX transcription by fibroblasts is upregulated by LPS and is attenuated by dexamethasone.

Endotoxin: <0.1 ng/ug

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Molecular Weight:
~9.9kD
Purity: ~98% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC)
Concentration: Not determined
Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 10mM acetic acid. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to 0.1-1mg/ml.
