Description:
Application(s): Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections): use approx. 1:20-50 dilution for staining of paraformaldehyde (4%) fixed cytospin preparations or frozen tissue sections. Apply the following pretreatment: 10 min in 20mM glycine (pH 7.5) and 10 min in 6N guanidine hydrochloride in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 (Schroeijers et al., 2000) Western Blot: use 1:50 dilution of MVP-37 (ECL)
