LRP, MVP (Major Vault Protein, Lung-resistance Related Protein)
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (cell permeabilization required with 10% lysing solution), Immunostaining of cytospin preparations and Immunohistochemistry (cell suspensions and acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues).

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:20
Flow Cytometry: 1:50

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Reacts with an internal epitope of LRP/Major Vault Protein (P110), which is strongly overexpressed in various human non-P-glycoprotein multidrug-resistance (MDR) tumor cell lines. Not applicable in immunoblot. Species Crossreactivity: Human.
