POSITIVE CONTROL:
Cell lines: Appropriate drug-sensitive parental cell lines and their multdrug resistant derivatives prepared by the same methods as the test specimens should be used as control materials.
Tissue: Human colon, kidney, bronchus or adrenal are recommended.
