LUC7-like (LUC7L, Sarcoplasmic Reticulum Protein LUC7B1) |
|
|
Description: The LUC7L gene may represent a mammalian heterochromatic gene, encoding a putative RNA-binding protein similar to the yeast Luc7p subunit of the U1 snRNP splicing complex that is normally required for 5-prime splice site selection. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:250 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 Immunocytochemistry: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
