Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen
Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Western Blot: 1:100
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
