Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:100 (1.0ug/ml)
Western Blotting: 1:50 (2.0ug/ml )
Immunohistochemistry: 1:10 (10ug/ml )
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
