M13 Bacteriophage (Biotin)
Description:
This antibody may be used to rapidly sort large phage display libraries (antibody, peptide, etc) with expressed proteins fused to either the gene III or gene VIII protein of filamentous bacteriophage. The product may also be used as a reagent in "phage ELISA," offering sensitive and specific activity for detection of recombinant bacteriophage.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Direct ELISA: 1:500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
