M13 Bacteriophage
Description:
M13 bacteriophage is widely used in the preparation of 'phage-display' immunoglobulin libraries. G3P plays a role in the entry of the viral genome into the bacterial host. This antibody may be used to detect binding of ScFv antibodies developed in the M13 system.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
