Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine (MDC) is a unique member of the chemokine family. Human MDC is highly expressed in macrophages and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells but not monocytes. Source: Recombinant corresponding to human MDC, prepared from E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~8.0kD (67aa sequence) Endotoxin: 0.1ng/mg Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 20ul sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
Source: Human Purity: Purified: ~99% (SDS PAGE). Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Preservative free. Reconstitute with 20ul sterile dH2O. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
