Murine MIP-2, a 7.8kD protein containing 73 amino acid residues including the ‘ELR’ motif common to the CXC chemokine family that bind to CXCR1 or CXCR2. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract total human neutrophils using a concentration range of 1.0–10ng/ml.
