Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3 alpha, also known as LARC (Liver and Activiation Regulated Chemokine) or CCL20. This protein in strongly up regulated by inflammatory signals, and down regulated by the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. H-MIP-3-alpha is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain consisting of 70 amino acids and a molecular weight of 8.0kD.

Endotoxin: <0.01ng/ug or <0.1EU/ug as per LAL

Biological Activity: Human MIP-3-alpha is a chemoattractant to human T cells working in a concentration range of 10.0-50.0ng/ml.
