Biological Activity:
The biological activity was determined by measuring concentration dependent chemotaxis with human PBMCs. A concentration range of 100-300ng/ml produces significant chemotaxis.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume with sterile, ddH2O, 0.1-1% BSA, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycle. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer or sterile medium.
