Murine macrophage inflammatory protein-3a (MIP-3 a, Exodus, LARC) is a member of the b-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines. Recombinant murine MIP-3 a is a 7.9kD protein containing 70aa residues. Source: Recombinant corresponding to mouse MIP-3 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~7.9kD Biological Activity: Calculated by the ability to chemoattract mouse CCR6 transfected HEK/293 cells at a concentration of 0.1-10ng/ml. Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
