MCP-3, known alternatively as CCL7, is a chemoattractant for monocytes, basophils, NK cells, activated T cells and immature dendritic cells. Source: Recombinant corresponding to human Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~9kD Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug Biological Activity: MCP-3, known alternatively as CCL7, is a chemoattractant for monocytes, basophils, NK cells, activated T cells and immature dendritic cells. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
