Recombinant Murine MCP-3 produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8510 Dalton.

Biological Activity: Murine MCP-3 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The specific activity as determined by the ability of Murine MCP-3 to chemoattract Balb/C mouse spleen MNCs at 10-100ng/ml.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, aliquot and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
