Recombinant Murine MCP-3 produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8510 Dalton. Biological Activity: Murine MCP-3 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The specific activity as determined by the ability of Murine MCP-3 to chemoattract Balb/C mouse spleen MNCs at 10-100ng/ml. AA Sequence: QPDGPNASTC CYVKKQKIPK RNLKSYRRIT SSRCPWEAVI FKTKKGMEVC AEAHQKWVEE AIAYLDMKTP TPKP Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: 8.6kD |
Source: Recombinant, murine, E. coli Purity: 98% as determined by RP-HPLC; Reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE. Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O PBS to 0.1-1mg/ml, which can be further diluted into other aqueous solutions.
