Mas-related G-protein Coupled Receptor Member X1 (MAS-related GPR Member X1, MRGPRX1, MRGX1, Sensory Neuron-specific G-protein Coupled Receptor 3/4, SNSR3, SNSR4)
Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member X1 (MRGPRX1) is an opiod receptor that is uniquely localized in a subset of small dorsal root and trigeminal sensory neurons. MRGPRX1 is thought to be involved in the regulation of sensory neurons.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 0.5-1.0ug/ml; Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes rat Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member X1 at ~37kD.
