Description:
JSB-1 has potential value for diagnostic detection of MDR cells in human tumor samples. LRP-56 has potential value for detection of LRP-associated non-Pgp MDR in human tumor samples.
MRPm6 and MRPr1 have potential value for detection of MRP-related non-Pgp MDR in human tumor samples.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemstry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunocytochemistry: Acetone-fixed cell preparations
Immunohistochemstry: Acetone-fixed frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
