MDR1 (P-Glycoprotein, Pgp170, MRP1, Multi Drug Resistance Associated Protein, ABCB1, ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B (MDR/TAP), member 1, ABC20, CD243, CD243 antigen, CLCS, GP170)
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:20-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
