|
|
Description: ABCB1/MDR1/P Glycoprotein is an ATP dependent transporter that mediates efflux of chemotherapeutic agents from the intracellular milieu. P Glycoprotein has also been associated with volume-regulated chloride channel activity and basal to apical transendothelial migration of mononuclear phagocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
