Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 for acetone-fixed cytospin preparations.
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:20 for acetone fixed sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Not recommended for paraffin sections.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
