|
|
Description: DSCD75 is a 208aa membrane protein with one transmembrane helix. Current testing suggests that the cDNA of DSCD75 may be expressed by osteogenic human mesenchymal stem cells. DSCD75 may be involved in some transporter activities. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human skeletal muscle lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
